I have been registered with Churchfields for over twelve years. I always receive kind, unrushed and very professional care from all the reception staff. Their staff training must be excellent. I commend highly their level of care, kindness and patience both at the reception desk and on the telephone. The physician associates, nurses and doctors all give first class care taking time to make you feel like an individual and do not rush you although I realise there is always a time pressure on their shoulders. Dr Law and Dr Kotekar have cared for me in many of my consultations over the years as a patient and their welcome is always so reassuring. Their manner is gentle and encouraging and I am sure I join with many other patients in sending my heartfelt thanks for their expertise, patience and understanding. Kind regards, Helen Garner

If you want a prescription you have 2 options first go in the surgery 2nd Order by email the receptionist won't take your order over the phone. Since Christmas I've sent 5 emails for repeats they say they haven't received. So I tried via a 3rd party at first they got the meds now the last 2 X's the third party contact me and say they've made two requests and surprise surprise are being rejected. When I then call the surgery the receptionist who I made add acts like a robot says no requests have been made. When I first went to this surgery it was a wood shack up new road in the early 60's the drs were good, they moved to churchfields the drs and receptionists were good, however once they started to expand to a two storey building then moved to BMI the receptionists for some reason seem to have become robots.

i have been trying for over a year to get answers to why i am always so tired, which is now getting me down so badly that i burst into tears all the time. i can never get an appointment with the same doctor twice so am getting really distressed. if i try to get an appointment with the same doctor i'm told the appointments haven't been released and i could be waiting 4 weeks. this is not only upsetting but dangerous. i am currently thinking about moving surgery as i am told i would be treated better next door at St Johns surgery.

Friendly receptionists, nurses and the doctors make you feel at ease. Could improve by making it easier to ring for appointments if possible.
